This oil hydraulic press machine is suitable for cold pressing or hot pressing many oil seeds and oil plant, Especially for pressing sesame, pine nut, walnut, and so on valuable oil seeds. Only one hydraulic oil press machine, you could get the better oil and easy to operate. Quite convenient in manual operation, highest yield efficiency, as well as least replacement spare parts ,it widely used in family and small oil factory.
Operation procedures:
1.Open the top lid, put the bottom plate and filter cloth, and then put the material,Open the hydraulic press switch. 2.Put the steel plate and filter cloth, cover the lid,Start pressing the material.3. Observe the oil outlet of the oil, the oil from the oil line seepage and from the oil outlet, when the oil is not pressed, close the press switch, this process takes about 3-5min.Turn off the press switch, open the top cover, open the switch again, so that the material barrels rise.
4.Turn off the switch, Take out the filter cloth and the steel plate, take out the residue cake, turn off the electromagnetic valve.
