Screw press is a common and affordable oil press machine. Although the price is cheap, the maintenance of the machine must be done well. After all, good maintenance, there are fewer failures, but also to save yourself money in the end.
1. Before use, read the operation manual carefully and be familiar with the performance characteristics and operation methods of the machine.
2. Before starting the machine, a comprehensive inspection must be carried out. The fasteners must not be loose, the handle can rotate flexibly, and the belt pulley can be rotated by hand.
3. Loosen the lock nut and turn the adjusting screw anticlockwise or anticlockwise. (The adjusting handle turns anticlockwise and the cake clearance becomes narrower; Adjust the handle clockwise rotation, cake clearance becomes wider), ready to start.
4. Adjust the thermostat.
5. Press the button of the main motor, (turn the switch of the main motor to the positive position) the main machine starts to operate, and the rotation direction should be counterclockwise.
6. After the installation of the new oil press, grinding for 4-8 hours, the method is to use the cake which has been pressed dry from the hopper slowly feeding, repeated back pressing, so that the pressing chamber is polished.
7. Normal oil pressing, must keep the feed uniform, do not too much or too little or idle.
When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as fan blowing should be taken.
8. Press the vacuum pump button when the squeezed oil flows into the filter. After the press is finished and the oil is pumped out, open the valve on the oil filter and stop the operation of the vacuum pump. The dry slag formed on the press cloth can be scraped off with a scraper to release the valve at the bottom of the pure oil filter.
10. Turn off the machine.
